教學情況：
主要講授本科生課程《無機及分析化學》、《無機及分析化學實驗》、《儀器分析實驗》等。研究生課程《現代儀器分析》等。榮獲理學院2013年教學基本檔案展評三等獎；2015年理學院第六屆青年教師講課競賽二等獎；2015年華中農業大學第十二屆青年教師講課競賽優勝獎；2015年華中農業大學教學優秀質量三等獎；2017年理學院第七屆青年教師講課競賽一等獎；2017年華中農業大學第十三屆青年教師講課競賽二等獎。
科研情況：
主要從事量子點等熒光納米材料的制備、表面修飾以及在生物化學分析檢測和熒光成像中的應用。近年來以第一作者或通訊作者在Anal. Chem.、Biosens. Bioelectron.、 ACS. Appl. Mater. Inter.等學術期刊上發表多篇論文。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目 《基于無鎘量子點的豬繁殖與呼吸綜合癥病毒檢測及細胞成像分析》（項目號21305049）和華中農業大學自主創新基金項目《基于低毒量子點均相免疫檢測豬偽狂犬病毒》（項目號：529020900206173）各一項。參與國家自然科學基金面上項目和青年項目各一項。榮獲2016年湖北省自然科學獎二等獎（排名第五）。
